Call Center
The call center is based in Georgia and has been in business coordinating inspection services for home buyers for over 20 years. The Call-A-Key division is a 8:30 am to dusk operation, 7 days a week including holidays.
When buyers call to see homes after dusk, the call center representative invites the prospect to return during daylight hours.

Two Call-A-Key locks were installed on two new townhouses in an “urban pioneer” area of Atlanta between the Atlanta Zoo and the Federal Penitentiary. The properties were not listed in the multiple listing database and depended on drive-by traffic. Many of the Call-A-Key callers could not be verified in this area. However, one afternoon, an agent happened past, toured the townhouses using Call-A-Key, and brought a buyer back to see and purchase a unit. It was the builder’s first sale in more than a year.

A Call-A-Key lock was licensed to an investor to put on one of his units in a 16-unit townhouse community he owned and rented. Call-A-Key generated plenty of showings and leads for the Property Manager to interview as possible tenants.
