What is Call-A-KeyTM?  Call-A-KeyTM is an Instant Home Access System which will increase the number of showings of Builders' spec homes, corporate listings, and REOs. It is a high-tech front door unlocking system combined with a centralized Sales Call Center. 

How does it work?  As they drive by, potential buyers place a call from the property and answer some questions for verification purposes.  Once verified, the prospective buyer is given a one-time-use code to unlock the door. The Call Center Representative "walks" the buyers through the home, selling them on the home's outstanding features and benefits and pointing out the quality design and your workmanship. All of the customer data is captured in the Call-A-Key database.

How are callers verified?   The Call Center verifies the identity of all visitors using two discrete data points before giving them access to the home.  The web databases used for verification provide a wealth of information about each caller.

What if the caller does not pass verification?    Rather than give them an entry code, the Call Center will set an appointment for a Call-A-KeyTM representative to show the home to the potential buyers.
