The Call-A-KeyTM Call Center is located in northeast Cobb and is staffed by three professional customer service representatives from 8:30 a.m. to dusk daily.  The staff is committed to FULL CUSTOMER SERVICE and maintains a high level of integrity, knowledge and expertise in the home selling business. 

Having recently moved to larger, state-of-the-art facilities in February 2007, the Call-A-KeyTM Call Center is fully-trained to provide a complete and accurate tour of your home, full of detailed information including:

•  The home’s basic features and price
•  Special features about the rooms that are on the tour
•  The builder’s bio and objectives in building this home
•  Information about the neighborhood, schools, etc.

Each property is fully detailed in hardcopy and on screen for the representatives to use in describing and selling the home:

•  Pictures of the rooms
•  Details about the features in each room
•  Information about the builder
•  Floor Plan
•  Price, square footage, completion date, etc.
•  Neighborhood and school information

The Call-A-KeyTM Call Center staff has over 30 years combined experience in customer service and sales.

Mickey Heinze is the owner of the call center, and the center has served real estate buyers for 19 years.  Mickey enjoys working closely with ASHI and other professional organizations.  Besides Call-A-KeyTM calls, the center sets appointments for real estate inspectors.

 

The Call-A-KeyTM Call Center representatives capture a great amount of data from each call:

• Caller’s name, address, phone number
• What the visitor liked/disliked about the property
• Home long they have been looking for a new home
• Do they have a property to sell?
• Do they have an agent?

This information is downloaded to the Call-A-KeyTM sales staff on a daily basis for follow-up calls—

• Would they be interested in writing a contract?
• Would they like to visit the home again?
• Would another home of the builder’s fit their needs?
• Would they like to meet with the builder about building a custom home?
